龙牙楤木(Aralja mandshurica Rupret Maxim),别名刺老芽,是五加科楤木属的落叶小乔木,高达1.5—6米。分布在我国东北各地。在朝鲜、日本、苏联也有分布。龙牙楤木嫩芽营养丰富,味道鲜美,素有“山菜之王”的美称。但由于过量采集,目前资源锐减,市场奇缺。为此,我们从1987年起开展了龙牙楤木的无性繁殖试验,据试验观测,根段萌芽率可达90%,切根松土繁殖也较成功。现将试验情况初报如下。
Aralja mandshurica Rupret Maxim, alias thorn old bud, is the deciduous tree of the genus Gracilaria, up to 1.5-6 meters. Distribution in all parts of Northeast China. In North Korea, Japan, the Soviet Union also has distribution. Tarragon Sambo tender nutrient-rich, delicious, known as “the king of mountains,” the reputation. However, due to excessive acquisition, the current sharp drop in resources, the market is scarce. To this end, we have carried out asexual propagation test of Aralia elata since 1987. According to the experimental observation, the root germination rate can reach 90%, and the success of cutting rooted soil propagation. Now the initial test report as follows.
