国有企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,国有企业青年职工已成为这些企业职工的主体构成部分。本文以1991年底中华全国总工会所属中国工运学院进行的万名全国职工状况的调查和1992年8月中华全国总工会进行的五万名全国职工状况调查为基础,对国有企业青年职工的流动意识进行分析。按照前述调查的统计,1991、1992年35岁以下的青年职工分别占职工总数的53.2%和51.6%。随着社会开放程度的提高和企业内部改革的深化,国有企业青年职工的职业流动逐渐成为各方面关注的重要问题。
State-owned enterprises are an important part of the national economy. The young workers of state-owned enterprises have become the main components of the workers in these enterprises. Based on a survey of 10,000 workers across the country conducted by the China Institute of Industry and Commerce at the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in 1991 and a survey of 50,000 workers across the country conducted by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in August 1992, this paper analyzes the mobility of young workers in state-owned enterprises Consciousness analysis. According to the above survey, the number of young workers under 35 years old in 1991 and 1992 respectively accounted for 53.2% and 51.6% of the total number of employees. With the improvement of social openness and the deepening of internal reform, the occupational mobility of young workers in state-owned enterprises has gradually become an important issue of concern to all parties.
