硬腭瘘在腭裂术后时有发生,主要症状是口鼻反流,有人报道腭瘘超过5mm~2以上会影响语言。本研究旨在了解腭咽机能不全与腭瘘的关系。方法与分析 10例鼻音严重的腭裂修复术后余留硬腭瘘均与鼻腔相通,其中3例已作腭咽瓣。对全部病例都取上颌模,并测量瘘的大小。以钡盐作对比剂,让病人重复相同短句,拍摄正侧位X线电影,然后封闭瘘道,重复上述记录。
Hard palate fistula in the cleft palate after surgery occur, the main symptoms are nose and mouth reflux, it was reported more than 5mm above the palatal fistula 2 will affect the language. This study aimed to understand the relationship between palatal dysfunction and palatal fistula. Methods and Analysis 10 cases of severe nasal cleft palate repair residual hard palate fistula are connected with the nasal cavity, of which 3 cases have been palatopharyngeal flap. Upper jaws were taken for all cases and the size of the fistula was measured. Barium salt as a contrast agent, so that patients repeat the same phrase, filming a lateral X-ray film, and then closed the fistula, repeat the above record.
