高校是党和国家的人才培养基地与思想舆论阵地,而高校学生党组织是党在高校中设立的基层组织,也是履行学习型政党建设的重要部门,大学生学习型党组织建设既是加强学生党员综合素质的客观要求,也是高校学生党组织永葆活力的必然要求。加强大学生学习型党组织建设可以从三个方面入手:一是要确立党组织共同发展目标,学生党员骨干带头学习;二是要创新学习途径和方法,努力营造良好的学习氛围;三是要促进大学生学习型党组织自身制度建设,保障学习型党组织建设顺利实施。
