本文分析１４１例特高海拔区（４８００～５３７０ｍ）现场医疗Ｘ线胸片资料。ＨＡＰＥ的直接征象有间质病变、肺野实变和混合病灶三种表现形式，分析间质病变中的“三模糊征”、“面纱征”，考虑为肺部血管通透性增强组织液外渗所致之间质性肺水肿了间质性肺水肿与限局性代偿性肺气肿，共同构成“筛扎征”。ＨＡＰＥ的间接征象，有局限性代偿性肺气肿、间隔线和胸膜改变，叶间胸膜显影与心脏边缘模糊，多为间质性肺水肿和发生在浆膜组织的组织液外渗共同作用的结果。
This article analyzes the 141 cases of high altitude (4800 ~ 5370m) field medical X-ray data.
