为替代铝合金汽车轮毂(铝轮)曲面人工抛光方法,介绍了一种铝轮曲面自动抛光系统,提出了铝轮曲面型值点的获取及NURBS曲线拟合方法,在许用误差控制插补算法的基础上,提出了基于恒去除率的曲面抛光刀位轨迹生成方法,用恒去除率约束轨迹生成方法来保证铝轮曲面抛光的质量.实验结果表明,该方法有效提高了铝轮曲面抛光的质量和效率.
In order to replace the surface polish of aluminum alloy wheel (aluminum wheel), an automatic polish system of aluminum wheel surface was introduced. The method to obtain the value point of aluminum wheel surface and NURBS curve fitting method was presented. Based on the algorithm, a constant-removal rate-based method for generating the tool path of curved surface polishing is proposed, and the constant-rate-constrained trajectory generation method is used to ensure the quality of aluminum wheel surface polishing.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the surface polish The quality and efficiency.
