《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》是党政领导干部选拔任用工作必须遵循的基本规章。作为直接负责干部人事工作的组织部门,必须集中精力抓紧抓好条例的学习贯彻工作,充分认识条例颁布实施的重大意义,深刻领会条例的精神实质、丰富内涵和基本要求,把思想统一到《干部任用条例》上来,有计划、有步骤地安排好条例的学习贯彻工作,并将其作为当前实践“三个代表”重要思想的一项重要而紧迫的任务抓好抓实。
The “Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and the Government” are the basic rules that must be followed in the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres. As an organizational unit directly responsible for the work of cadres and personnel, we must concentrate our efforts on studying and implementing the Regulations, fully understand the great significance of promulgation and implementation of the Regulations, profoundly understand the essence of the regulations, enrich connotations and basic requirements, and unify our thinking with the “cadres Appointment regulations, ”we must make arrangements for the study and implementation of the Regulations in a planned and step-by-step manner and take it as an important and pressing task in the current practice of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’
