国际工程项目的经营管理是一个多方面、多层次、多领域的工作,需要具备多方面的国际商务和工程管理知识,在EPC合同签订后的履行过程中,成本控制是一项至关重要的内容,很多单位都有专门的部门,并且制定专门的程序,来实施成本控制这项工作,其实施结果的好坏将直接关系到项目的成败。国际EPC项目在成本控制方面有自己的特点,与国内项目在某些方面存在不同。
