1977年以前的大城县旺村镇张荆河村,村民连吃饭都成问题,每年要靠国家的返销粮接济度日:如今的张荆河村拥有近40家企业,2004年工农业总产值达3亿元,人均纯收入达3936元,在全县排名第一,此可谓沧桑巨变。但与之形成鲜明对比的,是该村党支部几个人28年没有过任何调整。这变与不变,既是农村改革开放的一部发展史,也是一个农村党支部与时俱进的奋斗史。
Before 1977, Zhang Jinghe Village, Wangcun Town, Dacheng County of the People’s Republic of China, the villagers even had problems eating. Every year, it depends on the return and purchase of grain by the state. Today, there are nearly 40 enterprises in Zhangjinghe Village. In 2004, the total output value of industry and agriculture reached 300 million Yuan, per capita net income of 3936 yuan, ranking first in the county, this can be described as the vicissitudes of life. However, in stark contrast, several people in the village party branch have not made any adjustments in 28 years. This change has not changed. It is not only a history of the rural reform and opening up, but also a history of struggling to keep pace with the times in the rural party branches.
