研究了在不同的激光扫描速度下对45# 钢表面进行Ni/Cr3C2 激光熔覆处理,并对合金层组织、显微硬度和物相进行了分析。结果表明:激光扫描速度对Ni/Cr3C2 合金层的组织和显微硬度有很大的影响。
The laser cladding of Ni / Cr3C2 on 45 # steel was studied under different laser scanning speed. The microstructure, microhardness and phase of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that laser scanning speed has great influence on microstructure and microhardness of Ni / Cr3C2 alloy layer.
