本文采用现代集成电路生产工艺、脉冲电镀及固定化酶技术设计并制造了一种以半导体硅为衬底的可同时测量葡萄糖和胆固醇的薄膜电极多功能生物传感器,对葡萄糖和胆固醇的响应时间分别为20秒和14秒左右,标定曲线的线性区域可分别扩展至1.5m mol/L和0.8m mol/L,最适pH值大约为7.0。这种多功能生物传感器易于实现高度集成、大批量生产和微型化。
In this paper, we designed and fabricated a multi-functional biosensor based on semiconductor silicon which can simultaneously measure glucose and cholesterol by using modern integrated circuit manufacturing process, pulse electroplating and immobilized enzyme technology. The response time to glucose and cholesterol were respectively For 20 seconds and 14 seconds, the calibration curve linear region can be extended to 1.5m mol / L and 0.8m mol / L, the optimum pH is about 7.0. This versatile biosensor is easy to implement for high integration, mass production and miniaturization.
