企业制学院办学模式是借鉴德国高等职业教育中的“双元制”教学模式,结合国内高职教育办学实际而形成的一种新型高等职业教育的办学模式。该模式在我国高职院校中的广泛应用,为我们解决下述问题提供了可能:一是校企双方教育责任分离问题;二是校企双方教育资源分散问题;三是校企双方人才供需差距问题。
The mode of running a business school is a new type of running mode of higher vocational education which draws lessons from the “dual system” teaching mode in higher vocational education in Germany and combines the actual running of domestic higher vocational education. The wide application of this model in higher vocational colleges in our country provides us with the possibility to solve the following problems: First, the separation of educational responsibilities between the two schools; Second, the distribution of educational resources between school and enterprise; Third, the supply and demand of talents Gap problem.
