日光温室内佳木斯辣椒光合速率日变化呈“双峰”曲线,11:00时达第一峰值(Pn=18.22 靘ol CO2·m-2·S-1),15:00时达第二峰值(Pn=17.3 9 靘ol CO2·m-2·S-1),12:00 ~14:00时表现明显“午休”现象,其中12:00~13:00时为气孔因素所致,13:00~14:00时为非气孔因素所致;光合作用光补偿点和饱和点分别为44.6 靘ol·m-2·S-1和1 166.6 靘ol m-2·S-1;CO2补偿点和饱和点分别51.7 L·L-1和1 416.6 L·L-1;座果节叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均显著高于无果节叶片。
The diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate of Jiamusi pepper in the sunlight greenhouse showed a “double peak” curve, reaching the first peak at 11:00 (Pn = 18.22 靘 ol CO2 · m-2 · S-1) and reaching the second peak at 15:00 Pn = 17.3 9 9 ol CO2 · m-2 · S-1). From 12:00 to 14:00, the phenomenon of “lunch break” was obvious. Among them, stomatal factors were observed from 12:00 to 13:00, ~ 14: 00, and the photosynthetic light compensation point and saturation point were 44.6 靘 ol · m-2 · S-1 and 1 166.6 靘 ol-2 · S-1, respectively. Saturation point were 51.7 L · L-1 and 1 416.6 L · L-1, respectively. The photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the leaves were significantly higher than those of the fruitless leaves.
