为适应湖州地区未来客货运量的增长和城市规划发展,减少专用线作业对湖州站客运干扰,结合湖州地区铁路货运站设施布局与运输现状,对货运布局调整的必要性进行分析,提出湖州地区铁路货运布局整合策略,并对铁路物流基地的选址方案,采用AHP多目标综合评价的定量方法,进行层次分析和模型定量计算比选。综合考虑湖州市的城市规划,产业结构发展趋势,以及区域物流发展规划,迫切需要建设新的铁路货场及现代化物流基地。
In order to meet the growth of future passenger and cargo traffic in Huzhou area and the development of urban planning and to reduce the interference of special line operation on the passenger traffic at Huzhou station, the necessity of adjustment of freight distribution is analyzed based on the current situation of facility layout and transportation in Huzhou railway freight station. According to the integration strategy of railway freight transportation, the quantitative method of AHP multi-objective comprehensive evaluation is used to select the railway logistics base site. The analytic hierarchy process and the model quantitative calculation are compared and selected. Considering Huzhou city planning, industrial structure development trend and regional logistics development planning, it is urgent to build a new railway freight yard and modern logistics base.
