为探讨转化生长因子β(TGF-β)及三种异构体在不同病变阶段主动型Heymann肾炎(AHN)肾小球中的表达情况,建立AHN模型后,用免疫组化SP法检测了TGF十五种异构体在不同病变阶段AHN大鼠肾小球内的表达情况。发现自AHN诱发后第4周开始,TGF十三种异构体即有表达,至第六、第八周随AHN大鼠尿蛋白的增加,TGF十三种异构体表达亦上调。TGF卡可能介导了AHN病变的发生及发展。
To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and three isoforms in the glomeruli of active Heymann nephritis (AHN) in different stages of the disease, an AHN model was established. Immunohistochemistry (SP) Expression of fifteen isoforms in glomeruli of AHN rats at different stages of disease. It was found that thirteen isoforms of TGF were expressed from the 4th week after AHN induction. By the sixth and eighth weeks, the expression of thirteen isoforms of TGF was also upregulated with the increase of urinary protein in AHN rats. TGF card may mediate the occurrence and development of AHN lesions.
