The authors retrospectively analyzed sputum and bronchoalveolar fluid once detected Mycobacterium tuberculosis and then examined in detail the negative active tuberculosis diagnosis of respiratory patients a total of 79 cases. Male 43, female 36 cases. 49 cases were 20-50 years old, 15 cases were 51-60 years old and 15 cases were over 60 years old. 39 cases have a respirator
