将群众路线教育融入到高校学生党员后续教育管理长效机制建设中具有重要的实践意义,本文通过问卷调查与深度访谈,指出高校学生党员后续管理的现状,存在的问题,分析其原因,从建立支部运行机制、学习机制、参与机制、实践机制以及考核机制“五路合一”的思路来构建学生党员后续教育管理的长效机制,使党的群众路线教育活动在学生党员当中落地生根。
It is of important practical significance to integrate mass line education into the construction of long-term mechanism for the follow-up education management of college student party members. This paper points out the status quo and existing problems of follow-up management of college student party members through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Branch mechanism, learning mechanism, participation mechanism, practice mechanism and evaluation mechanism “five-way one ” train of thought to build the long-term mechanism of follow-up education management of student party members, so that the party’s mass line education activities in the student party members take root .
