进行了以煤为原料制备脱硫用吸附剂的实验研究.其中应用炭化与活化的方法,以对SO2吸附能力为衡量标准,系统地考察了样品在制备过程中不同温度、不同温升速率及时间对SO2吸附分离能力的影响,力求找出相应的最佳处理过程,并对机理进行探讨.实验表明以对SO2吸附能力为标准所得的结果同其它方法相比,除炭化过程中部分结论外,总体相似.即炭化温度在400—600℃之间,炭化时间为28h左右,温升速率较低的条件下无氧炭化后所得的样品,再经过870℃环境下在CO2中活化30h,可得内孔发达、对SO2吸附能力很强的吸附剂.
An experimental study on the preparation of desulfurization sorbents using coal as raw material was carried out. Among them, the method of carbonization and activation was used to measure the adsorption capacity of SO2. The effects of different temperatures, different temperature rise rates and time on the adsorption and separation of SO2 were systematically investigated in order to find out the best Process, and explore the mechanism.
