近年来,在一些进口摩托车上装有前照灯光控开关(俗称太阳能开关)。通过该装置,前照灯在天黑时自动点亮,天亮时自动关闭。 实质上,该装置是为了解决一些进口坐式车,特别是一些近年生产的进口车无前照灯、尾灯开关而设置的。也就是说,摩托车只要一启动,前照灯、尾灯就一直点亮。对于这些摩托车,有些安装了简易的光控开关,有些干脆将远光或近光线路剪断,使之能关断。当然,这样的开关只能有近光或远光,而不能变光了。
