NICA是澳大利亚斯威本科技大学下属的非盈利公司属性的艺术学校,今年成立10周年,它是全世界8所授予杂技本科学位的学校之一,也是南半球唯一的授予杂技本科学位的杂技学校。其财政资助来自政府的不同部门和其他不同渠道,比如,其大学学位的经费(即商业课、表演课)来自联邦政府,而杂技专业的经费来自政府的艺术管理部门,太阳马戏团的经费用于社区杂技普及项目,等等。学业上,斯威本科技大学负责专业课的管理,NICA负责杂技训练课的管理。这种局面使得NICA一定要找准办学思路并且管理方式要灵活多样。
NICA is the 10th anniversary of the founding of the non-profit corporation under Swinburne University of Technology in Australia. It is one of only 8 schools in the world to grant an undergraduate degree in acrobatics. It is also the only acrobatic institution in the Southern Hemisphere that offers bachelor’s degree in acrobatics. Its financial support comes from different government departments and from different sources. For example, funding for university degrees (ie, business classes and performance classes) comes from the federal government, while acrobatics is financed by the government’s arts administration and funding for Cirque du Soleil Popularize acrobatics in the community, and much more. Academic, Swinburne University of Technology is responsible for the management of specialized courses, NICA acrobatics training course management. This situation makes NICA must identify the school of thought and management methods to be flexible.
