本文从介绍流程再造的含义出发 ,基于对商业企业进行流程再造的必要性分析 ,为适应现今市场多样化、动态化发展的要求 ,对商业企业的流程再造进行了实施规划的构想 ,提出了对商业企业的业务流程、物质流程、信息流程、资金流程进行流程重组和物流的供应链管理的设想。
Based on the introduction of the meaning of process reengineering, based on the necessity analysis of business process reengineering, in order to meet the requirements of diversified and dynamic development in today’s market, this paper has put forward the concept of process planning for business process reengineering, Commercial business processes, material processes, information processes, financial processes, process reengineering and logistics supply chain management assumptions.
