Most of the oil and gas in the Jianghan Basin concentrated in the late Early Tertiary rift salt lake sedimentary series where the sedimentary range was contracted. The subducted alluvial fan sand bodies developed from one side of the salt lake and the salt anticline formed by the spiral-volume structural system are jointly controlled set.
