抗硫酸盐混凝土配合比设计和施工过程中,因水泥内掺石膏粉后拌制的混凝土砂浆浓度过大,混凝土内的气泡在振捣过程中难以破裂,造成混凝土固化成型后混凝土外观及内部产生气泡等质量缺陷。文章通过深入细致的调查研究,提出了解决抗硫酸盐混凝土配合比设计缺陷的原因,并以此制定改进混凝土配比及拌制的措施,通过实践进行大胆试验,取得了解决该技术难题的关键措施和方法,为其它类似工程提供了优化抗硫酸盐混凝土施工的经验。
