慢性肝病特别是慢性病毒性肝炎由于有多方面的代谢和免疫紊乱,目前仍是临床治疗的难点。我院自1997年6月起应用核糖核酸(江苏如皋制药厂生产)治疗慢性病毒性肝炎,重点观察其对蛋白代谢的影响和对肝硬变的治疗作用,现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 65例慢性病毒性肝炎均为我科住院患者,慢性病毒性肝炎的诊断和分型均符合1995年全国病毒性肝炎会议制定的标准(试行)。全部病例均有肝功能(ALT、TBil、DBil)异常、白蛋白降低和蛋白电泳异常。
Chronic liver disease, especially chronic viral hepatitis, is still a difficult clinical treatment due to various metabolic and immune disorders. Our hospital from June 1997 since the application of ribonucleic acid (Jiangsu Rugao Pharmaceutical Factory) in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis, focusing on its impact on protein metabolism and the therapeutic effect of cirrhosis, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection 65 cases of chronic viral hepatitis are hospitalized patients, the diagnosis and typing of chronic viral hepatitis are in line with the 1995 National Viral Hepatitis Conference set standards (Trial). All cases were abnormal liver function (ALT, TBil, DBil), albumin and protein electrophoresis abnormalities.
