对免疫电镜技术中包埋前处理方法进行了探讨。对某些实验条件和参数作了适当调整.改进了方法和步骤,有利于应用免疫电镜技术对神经递质定性和定位的研究。
The method of embedding pre-treatment in immunoelectron microscopy was discussed. Some experimental conditions and parameters were adjusted appropriately.Improved methods and steps are conducive to the application of immune electron microscopy of neurotransmitter qualitative and localization research.
