中学生正处于身体发育旺盛阶段,体育锻炼对其生长和发育起着良好的促进作用。中长跑作为中学体育教学的一项重要内容,不但对增强中学生的体质和健康水平起重要作用,而且还可以通过练习培养学生顽强的意志品质和积极向上的精神。中长跑教学由于距离长,动作形式单一和趣味性不强, 学生提不起练习兴趣且畏惧心理比较严重,就会影响教学质量的提高,达不到教学目的。为此结合自己多年教学体会,笔者设计出几种练习方法和手段,取得较为满意的教学效果。
Middle school students are in the period of vigorous physical development, and physical exercise plays a good role in promoting their growth and development. As an important content of physical education in middle school, the middle and long distance running plays an important role in enhancing the physique and health of middle school students. It can also cultivate the staunch will and positive spirit of the students through practice. Due to the long distance, the single form of action and the bad taste, the students can not afford to practice and fear more serious, which will affect the improvement of teaching quality and can not reach the goal of teaching. To this end with their own teaching experience for many years, I designed several practice methods and means to obtain more satisfactory teaching results.
