锻模是进行精确模锻工艺的重要工具.它制造复杂、材料昂贵,故对锻模的维护保养,延长其使用寿命,是大家所关心的共同问题.我车间历史上锻模预热都是用炽热的烤模铁预热锻模,这种方法不经济、不安全而且效果很差.不能保证锻模工作前的预热保养.仅一九七一年一年内就因此而打裂报废了锻模达37付之多,不但增加生产成本,延长了生产周期,而且浪费了不少锻模钢. 一九七三年,在车间党支部的直接领导下,在厂技术革新科和冶金科的热情帮助下,我们组织了三结合技术革新小组,高举“鞍钢宪法”伟大红旗,群策群力,并根据兄弟单位的宝贵经验,成功地设计、制造了一台锻模预热器.经半年的生产实验证明,效果显著,再没发生
