全国高层建筑桩基已有约几十万根打入土中,对桩基设计的合理性和经济性迫切需要作出客观评价。而在软土地基地区,结合工程地质条件的实际情况,重视减轻建筑物自重,合理设计桩基更具有重要的经济意义。 本工程根据其特定的工程和地质条件在浅砂层中采用450mm×450mm截面、长8m预制钢筋砼短桩,从而使设计合理、沉降均匀,质量可靠,收到了明显的经济效益及社会效益。
About a hundred thousand of the piles of high-rise buildings in the country have hit the soil, and an objective assessment of the rationality and economic nature of pile foundation design is urgently needed. In soft-soil-base areas, combining the actual conditions of engineering geological conditions, paying attention to reducing the weight of buildings and rationally designing pile foundations are of greater economic importance. This project adopts 450mm×450mm cross-section and 8m long prefabricated reinforced concrete short piles in shallow sand layers according to its specific engineering and geological conditions, so that the design is reasonable, the settlement is uniform, the quality is reliable, and obvious economic and social benefits are received.
