光纤高频信号发生器(简称发讯器)是合肥仪表总厂委托我室研制的,它与双转子流量计配套使用,主要用于石油工业等方面。发讯器的脉冲数与流量计的排量成正比,其分辨率使流量计有很高的精度,并具防爆性能,还可测速、测角等。 发讯器的工作原理如下:一个带有二列明暗条纹的圆刻度片装在发生器的转轴上,当流量计带动转轴转动时,刻度片条纹遮断光源,使得二组编排的光纤分别采样,经信号处理后输出电脉冲,单脉冲是旋转一周产生一个信号,多脉冲则为250个脉冲/
