目的:研究开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿的效果.方法:随机选择我院收治的口腔颌面部囊肿患者,共60例,收治时间在2016年1月~2017年1月期间,以此作为研究对象,并分为2组,研究组予以开窗减压术治疗,对照组实施开放性手术治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显更高,有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组相比,研究组患者的并发症发生率明显更低,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对口腔颌面部囊肿患者实施开窗减压术治疗,可以有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,降低并发症的发生概率,值得在临床治疗中推广。
Objective: To study the effect of fenestration and decompression in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods: A total of 60 patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts were selected in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, The subjects were divided into two groups. The study group was treated with fenestration and the control group was treated with open surgery. The clinical effects and complication rates were compared between the two groups.
