目的:观察光固化树脂修复用于前牙牙体牙髓的临床影响。方法:从我院2014年7月~2015年7月口腔科接受的68例前牙牙体牙髓缺损患者进行试验研究,予以光固化树脂修复,比较其治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月及1年牙齿过敏、龋坏、根尖周炎及牙髓炎随访情况。结果:患者发生龋病、根尖或牙髓病变与修复后时间长短呈正相关,病变多为治疗后期,几率随着时间推移而上升;而牙齿过敏则相反,治疗早期患者出现牙齿过敏几率较高,随着时间推移而明显降低。另外,修复后1年内,患者发生龋病几率为11.76%,病变部位以邻面切缘、颈缘、边缘居多,舌侧病变范围大于唇侧。结论:引入光固化树脂修复诱发牙体牙髓缺损这一事实确证,为此,临床应严格分析适应症,并采取有效措施做好日常牙髓保护工作。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of photocurable resin repair on dental pulp of anterior teeth.
