再生障碍性贫血患者的免疫功能检测

应用红细胞免疫粘附功能试验及T细胞免疫指标对再生障碍性贫血患者(再障组)及健康对照组的免疫功能进行检测,结果显示再障组红细胞的免疫功能较对照组明显降低(P<0.01).

The immune function of aplastic anemia patients (Aplastic anemia patients) and healthy control group were detected by erythrocyte immune adhesion function test and T cell immune index. The results showed that the immune function of erythrocytes of aplastic anemia group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01).
