用黄嘌呤6.4mg·100g~(-1)·d~(-1)、黄嘌呤氧化酶0.1u·100g~(-1)·d~(-1)造成Wistar大鼠自由基损伤、使心功能指标显著下降。10mg·100g~(-1)·d~(-1)人参二、三醇组皂甙,均使致损心肌的各项指标一致向正常方向转化。而且二醇组比三醇组的作用更强。
Xanthine 6.4mg·100g~(-1)·d~(-1) and xanthine oxidase 0.1u·100g~(-1)·d~(-1) caused free radical damage and heart damage in Wistar rats. Functional indicators have dropped significantly. 10mg·100g~(-1)·d~(-1) ginsenosides and triol saponins all changed the indicators of the damaged myocardium to the normal direction. And the diol group has a stronger effect than the triol group.
