介绍目前叉车门架液压缸与车架连接支座常见的几种结构形式,分析这些结构的优缺点。为研究液压缸支座与车架连接处的结构强度,对3种典型支座结构进行三维建模和有限元分析,得出其应力和变形分布云图。结果显示:与支座焊接在车架主板侧面相比,焊接在主板前端面的支座结构可以显著提高支座的强度和刚度,减小焊缝失效的可能性;相比于内置结构,液压缸支座外置结构可以提供更可靠的强度和刚度。
This paper introduces the common structural forms of the connecting frame of hydraulic cylinder and frame of forklift mast and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these structures. In order to study the structural strength of the connection between the hydraulic cylinder support and the frame, three kinds of typical support structures were modeled and analyzed by finite element method, and the stress and deformation distribution maps were obtained. The results show that the bearing structure welded to the front face of the main frame can significantly improve the strength and rigidity of the bearing and reduce the possibility of weld failure compared with the welded frame on the side of the frame. Compared with the built-in structure, Cylinder support external structure can provide more reliable strength and stiffness.
