目的分析余姚市2006—2008年石棉加工单位职业病防治分级监管工作开展情况,巩固和完善职业病防治工作长效监管机制。方法对2006—2008年列入职业病防治分级监管的石棉加工单位评级情况进行分析。结果通过实施3年的情况来看,企业主的职业病防治意识有明显提高,各石棉加工单位无论在硬件设施配置还是软件管理上都作了一定程度的整改。结论需继续加强职业病防治宣传工作,建议政府将职业卫生审查列入政府建设项目审批程序,从源头上控制职业病危害,并出台集中治理石棉加工企业的措施。
Objective To analyze the implementation of grading supervision of occupational disease prevention and control in asbestos processing units in Yuyao City from 2006 to 2008, and to consolidate and improve the long-term regulatory mechanism of prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods The classification of asbestos processing units included in the classified supervision of occupational disease prevention and control in 2006-2008 was analyzed. Results Through the implementation of three years of situation, the awareness of business owners of occupational diseases have significantly improved, asbestos processing unit in terms of hardware configuration or software management have made some degree of rectification. Conclusion It is necessary to continue to intensify the publicity work on prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. It is suggested that the government should include occupational health examination in the approval procedures of government construction projects, control occupational hazards from the source, and introduce measures to focus on the management of asbestos processing enterprises.
