好像没有扭转的可能了,欧盟是铁了心要收拾中国的鞋子。果然,2月21日,欧盟贸易委员曼德尔森表示:经过9个月的调查取证,已有充分的数据证明,中国和越南出口到欧盟的鞋类产品价格明显低于市场价。两天后,欧盟宣布拟从4月7日起, 欧盟的25个成员国将正式开始对进口自中国的鞋产品开征为期半年的临时反倾销税。
