我国高考政策的价值取向长期未能得到准确定位,影响了高考政策改革的深入。为此,需要以科学发展观为指导,在指导思想上坚持“以人为本”,在基本价值理念上坚持公平选才,在技术层面上以科学选才为重要价值诉求。通过价值整合,提高高考政策的效度和信度,重构高考政策的价值基础,为高考改革和高等教育发展创造良好的政策环境。
The value orientation of China’s college entrance examination policy has not been accurately positioned for a long time, which has affected the reform of the college entrance examination policy. To this end, it is necessary to take the scientific concept of development as a guide, adhere to the principle of “people-oriented” in guiding ideology, adhere to fair selection in terms of basic values, and use scientific selection as an important value on the technical level. Through value integration, the effectiveness and reliability of the college entrance examination policy will be improved, and the value base of the college entrance examination policy will be reconstructed, creating a favorable policy environment for the college entrance examination reform and the development of higher education.
