陈立新,男,汉族,博士、教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。1 964年5月出生于河北省沧州市,1 986年毕业于河北医科大学中医学院,1 992年获北京中医药大学中西医结合心血管病专业博士学位,同年分配至北京中医药大学东直门医院工作,历任急诊科主任、医务处处长、北京中医药大学东直门医院德国KOTZTING分院中方院长等职。现任北京中医药大学东直门医院副院长、中华中医药学会急诊医学分会副秘书长、北京市中医药学会第八届理事会理事、北京市中医药学会急诊医学专业委员会副主任委员、北京市医学教育学会第一届理事会理事等职。1 998年被评为“北京市高等学校青年学科带头人”,享受北京市政府颁发的专家特殊津贴。
Chen Lixin, male, Han nationality, doctor, professor, chief physician, master tutor. He was born in Cangzhou, Hebei Province in May 1964. He graduated from Hebei Medical University College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1986 and received his Ph.D. degree in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1992. He was assigned to Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Work, served as director of emergency department, medical director, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital KOTZTING branch of the Chinese president and other staff. He currently serves as Vice President of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Deputy Secretary General of Emergency Medicine Branch of Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Director of Eighth Council of Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine, Vice Chairman of Emergency Medicine Committee of Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine, Beijing Medical Education Society director of the first council and other staff. 1 998 was named “Beijing city youth academic leaders”, enjoy the Beijing municipal government awarded special allowance.
