本文首次采用人参皂甙Rh_2观察其对小鼠黑色素瘤B_14的抑止作用.结果表明,人参皂甙Rh_2对小鼠黑色素瘤B_16.的抑止作用明显高出国家规定的指标,表明人参皂甙Rh_2对小鼠黑色素瘤B_16具有诱导再分化作用,这对于人参皂甙Rh_2的临床研究具有重要意义.
In this paper, the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rh_2 on mouse melanoma B_14 was observed for the first time. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rh_2 on mouse melanoma B_16. was significantly higher than the nationally specified indicators, indicating that ginsenoside Rh_2 on mouse melanin Tumor B_16 has an induction of re-differentiation, which is of great significance for the clinical study of ginsenoside Rh_2.
