In this paper, drainage and enter enteric lymph fluid method to study the effects of lymphatic fluid on blood pressure in rats. The results were as follows: (1) The rats with intestinal lymphatic drainage by intestine lymphatic intubation had significantly lower blood pressure 150 min after drainage than those in the sham-operated group (P <0.05). (2) at the same time losing intestinal lymph fluid, add the same amount of albumin or fat emulsion. Still can not prevent the blood pressure drop, but the intestinal lymphatic - jugular vein bypass rats, 4h observation process, the blood pressure does not appear to see a decrease. (3) Severe hemorrhagic shock rats input a small amount of intestinal lymph, the blood pressure increased significantly, the blood pressure level and survival time was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The above results show that, in addition to the known lymphoid tissue fluid backflow pathways and maintenance of blood volume and other functions, intestinal lymph may also have an important role in maintaining blood pressure.
