目的:探讨肺瘤平对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤活性及免疫调节作用。方法:SPF级ICR小鼠腋下接种S180肉瘤细胞后随机分为模型组、阳性药紫龙金组(2.60 g·kg-1,ig)、肺瘤平高、中、低剂量组(生药量25.00,12.50,6.25 g·kg-1,ig),另设正常对照组。连续给药10天后处死动物,检测抑瘤率、免疫器官指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖活性、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能、血清半数溶血值(HC50)以及自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性。结果:肺瘤平对S180肉瘤的生长具有显著的抑制作用,高、中、低剂量组的抑瘤率分别为51.88%,32.33%,37.59%,对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官指数没有明显影响;可显著增加荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞杀伤活性,提高血清半数溶血值,促进淋巴细胞增殖反应。结论:肺瘤平对S180荷瘤小鼠具有抑瘤和增强免疫功能作用,且效果优于紫龙金片。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor activity and immunoregulatory effect of Hupi Ping on S180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods: SPF-ICR mice were inoculated subcutaneously into S180 sarcoma cells and then were randomly divided into model group, positive drug Zilongjin group (2.60 g · kg-1, ig), pulmonary tumor high, medium and low dose groups 25.00,12.50,6.25 g · kg-1, ig), another set of normal control group. Animals were sacrificed 10 days after continuous administration. The tumor inhibition rate, immune organ index, proliferative activity of splenic lymphocytes, phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes peritoneal macrophages, HC50 and NK activity were measured. Results: HMPO had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of S180 sarcoma, and the tumor inhibition rates were 51.88%, 32.33% and 37.59% in high, medium and low dose groups, respectively, and had no significant effect on immune organ index of tumor - bearing mice. Can significantly increase the peritoneal macrophages phagocytosis and NK cell killing activity in tumor-bearing mice, increase serum half hemolytic value, and promote lymphocyte proliferation response. Conclusion: HMP can inhibit tumor and enhance immune function in S180 tumor-bearing mice, and its effect is better than that of Zilongjin gold tablets.
