目的研究烟草烟雾对小鼠有氧运动能力和机能恢复的影响。方法将30只小鼠随机分为实验I组、实验Ⅱ组和对照组,于实验后分别测定3组小鼠的力竭游泳时间、血清SOD活性和MDA含量。结果实验I组、Ⅱ组的游泳时间和血清SOD活性较对照组显著降低、MDA含量明显升高,且实验Ⅱ组的各项指标均较实验Ⅰ组变化显著,差异有统计学意义。结论香烟烟雾可使小鼠的有氧运动能力和抗疲劳能力明显减弱,这与被动吸烟引起SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高有关,且吸烟时间越长不良影响越严重。
Objective To study the effects of tobacco smoke on the aerobic capacity and recovery of mice. Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into experimental group I, experimental group II and control group. The exhaustive swimming time, serum SOD activity and MDA content of three groups of mice were measured after the experiment. Results The swimming time and the activity of serum SOD in group I and group II were significantly lower than those in control group, and the content of MDA was significantly increased. The indexes in group Ⅱ were significantly different from those in group Ⅰ, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Cigarette smoke can significantly reduce the aerobic capacity and anti-fatigue ability of mice, which is related to the decrease of SOD activity and the increase of MDA content caused by passive smoking, and the longer the smoking is, the worse the adverse effect will be.
