教师进修学校的培养目标,是通过两年的离职学习,使学员成为一名合格的小学教师,他们不仅应当具备高尚的道德情操和丰富的知识,而且还应当向一专多能、多才多艺的横向综合型人才方向发展,以适应小学教育事业的需要。为此,我校采取了有力措施,对学员切实加强“说、写、弹、唱、画、操”六项基本功的训练,取得了显著的成绩。我们的做法归纳起来是六个字,即早、齐、全、多,好、严。 “早”就是安排早。在新学员入学训练时,就给学员讲清楚训练好“六项基本功”在今后工作中的作用,使学员提高认识,从而激发学员训练这“六项基本功”的兴趣。并及时将“六项基本功”的内容、每学期应达到的要求及验收方法形成文字,人手一份,
The training goal of the teacher training school is to make the trainee a qualified primary school teacher through two years of separation study.
