1.发扬党内民主是加强党内监督的基础发扬党内民主对于加强党内监督、落实《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》具有非常重要的意义。党内民主的状况影响和制约着党内监督工作的水平,如果党内民主发扬不够,批评与自我批评的气氛不浓,民主议事制度落实不了,监督就不可能落到实处。
1. Carrying Democracy within the Party as the Foundation for Strengthening Inner-Party Supervision It is of great significance to carry forward the inner-party democracy in order to strengthen supervision within the party and implement the “Regulations for the Internal Control of the Communist Party of China (Trial)”. The status of inner-party democracy affects and restricts the level of supervision within the party. If the inner-party democracy is not sufficiently developed, the atmosphere of criticism and self-criticism is not strong, the system of democratic proceedings can not be implemented, and supervision can not be implemented.
