对于改革8年的山东省聊城市茌平县杜郎口中学,对于学习杜郎口中学已有成效的云台中学和王老中学,前来学习的一线校长和老师有激动、有感慨、有疑问、有想法。素质教育的道理谁都明白,但升学率的弦也不能不绷紧,因为前者很难在较短的时期显示其意义,而后者则是社会评价学校最有力的指标。如何协调素质教育与升学率的矛盾,是现在基础教育工作者面前最大的一道难题。杜郎口中学能不能被复制?可不可以借鉴?见仁见智。——编者
