学校与家庭是对青少年进行教育的两个阵地。学校教育起主导作用,但家庭教育的影响也是很大的。因此,学校必须与学生家长保持密切联系,以便互相配合,统一教育步骤,从而巩固学校教育的成果,达到学校教育的预期目的。如何加强联系,做好家长工作?我们采取了如下一些做法:一、召开家长会。家长中,有的对子女的教育撒手不管,放任自流;有的关心有余,但教育方法不正确;有的过分疼爱小孩,养成娇、骄习气;有的家长对学校工作了解甚少,或对学校有成见、误解,因而不放心学校教育。这些情况都程度不同的影响学校工作的开展。为了沟通思想,消除隔阂,我们定期分年级召开家长会,由年级组长主持,学校领导出面讲话,将学校教育的情况,本年级学生思想教育的特点,向
