1996年获得专利的杨氏充填跳汰机是一种处理小于25μm的细粒重选新设备。其工作性能颇佳、但它如何工作、性能如何及阿以更臻完善都鲜为人知。现有设计系统处理拉度降至1μm为此提出了非同寻常的充填跳汰机的第一个物理数学模型。当该模型付诸总体模拟时,在充填跳汰机上获得的精确分选是难以置信的。此外,从顶部到底部的密度梯度的作用并无重要显示。认为进一步的工作应集中在充填跳汰有效槽体中进行分选。
The Young Filling Jig, which was patented in 1996, is a new equipment for handling fine grains less than 25 μm. It works well, but it’s little known how it works, how it performs, and how it works. The existing design system handles drawdown down to 1 μm. To this end, the first physical mathematic model of an unusual filling jig is presented. When the model is put into the overall simulation, the precise sorting obtained on the jigger is incredible. In addition, the role of density gradient from top to bottom is not important. That further work should focus on filling jig effective sorting tank.
