目的 :探讨高海拔地区大鼠严重烧伤后动脉血气变化及复方红景天参芪花粉对其影响 ;方法 :在海拔 3 480m甘南地区建立大鼠 3 0 %Ⅲ度烧伤模型 ,1 0 4只大鼠随机分为试验组 (红景天组 )、对照组及正常组 ,造模前灌胃给药 ,伤后不同时相点剖腹经腹主动脉穿刺抽血测 pH、PO2 、PCO2 、BE和O2 st;结果 :pH :红景天组与对照组伤后 3h开始低于正常组 (P <0 .0 5) ,伤后 2 4h~ 48h逐渐升至正常 ;PO2 :两组于伤后 3h~ 2 4h均高于正常组 ,72h接的正常 ;PCO2 :两组于伤后明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,48h后红景天组与正常组接近 (P >0 .0 5) ;BE :两组于伤后 3h较正常组明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,伤后 6h ,红景天组高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;O2 st:三组对照比较差异无显著性 ;结论 :高原大鼠严重烧伤后存在严重混合型酸碱失衡 ,以代谢性酸中毒为主 ,PO2 增高可能与过度换气和呼吸代偿有关 ,并不意味着组织不缺氧 ,实验组与对照组在各项指标中差异很大。证明复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对抗组织缺氧、疏通微循环及纠正酸中毒人有重要临床意义
Objective: To investigate the change of arterial blood gas after severe burns in rats at high altitude and the effect of compound rhodamine saponins pollen on them; Method: To establish a rat model of 30% III degree burn in Gannan region at an altitude of 3 480m, 104 Rats were randomly divided into experimental group (Rhizide group), control group and normal group. The rats were intragastrically administered before the model was established. The abdominal aortic puncture was used to measure the pH, PO2, PCO2, BE and cesarean section at different time points after injury. O2 st; Result: pH: Rhodiola group and control group began to be lower than normal group (P <0.05) 3 hours after injury, gradually increased to normal 24 to 48 hours after injury; PO2: both groups 3 hours after injury ~2 4h were higher than normal group, normal at 72h; PCO2: both groups were significantly lower than normal group after injury (P <0.01), 48h after Rhodiola group was close to normal group (P> 0. 0 5) ; BE: The two groups were significantly lower than the normal group at 3 h after injury (P < 0.01), 6 h after injury, Rhodiola group was higher than the control group (P <0.05); O2 st: There was no significant difference between the three groups of controls; Conclusion: There is a serious mixed acid-base imbalance after severe burns in high altitude rats, mainly metabolic acidosis, PO2 increased may be related to hyperventilation and respiratory compensation, does not mean organization Hypoxia, the experimental and control groups vary widely in the various indicators. Prove that the compound Rhodiola sachalinensis pollen preparation has important clinical significance in fighting tissue hypoxia, dredge microcirculation and correcting acidosis
