应用杂交瘤枝术,以小鼠骨髓瘤 SP~z/O 与用马来丝虫成虫免疫成功的BALB/C 小鼠脾细胞融合后,成功地建立了一株名 XM—H_7的杂交瘤细胞。间接免疫荧光试验检测其上清中特异性抗体的存在,用有限稀释法2次克隆化。XM—H_7的核型,染色体为85—104条,40%为92条。细胞生长良好,至今持续培养6个月以上仍不失其分泌特异抗体的效应。
The hybridoma cell line XM-H_7 was successfully established by fusion of mouse myeloma SP ~ z / O and BALB / c mouse splenocytes that were successfully immunized with Adiponectin . Indirect immunofluorescence assay detected the presence of specific antibodies in the supernatant and cloned twice by limiting dilution. The karyotype of XM-H_7 was 85-104 chromosomes and 92% of 40% chromosomes. Cells grow well, up to now continue to cultivate more than 6 months without losing its secretion of specific antibodies.
