实验研究与临床试用结果表明,单用细胞因子基因治疗的抗肿瘤效果并不理想,尚有许多理论和技术性问题有待于解决。为了提高其治疗效果及便于临床应用,本文分八个方面介绍了肿瘤的细胞因子基因治疗研究发展方向。
The results of experimental studies and clinical trials show that the anti-tumor effect of cytokine gene therapy alone is not ideal. There are still many theoretical and technical problems to be solved. In order to improve its therapeutic effect and facilitate clinical application, this article introduces the development direction of tumor cytokine gene therapy in eight aspects.
